You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to North Jersey Practical Support (NJPS) when you choose to participate in the following activities on this website: filling out the contact form, making a donation, or filling out the volunteer inquiry form. 

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the site, then we use your personal information to provide to you only the outreach and services you request. Additionally, donors will receive tax receipts via email and may occasionally receive other email communications, until such time as the donor notifies NJPS that they do not wish to receive future communications. 

If you contact NJPS by phone, or if you provide your phone number via the website, you are consenting to receive SMS/MMS text messages and phone calls from NJPS. To opt-out, let us know in this form or reply STOP to any text from NJPS.

Clients' contact information, including home addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers, is saved for less than two weeks unless it must be retained for a longer period of time in order to provide that client with services. In which case, the information is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Contact information of donors and others who have not received services from NJPS are retained in a secure database until such time as the individual notifies NJPS that they would like their information deleted from our database.

Mobile phone contact information, or any other contact information, is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, or for any other purpose unless required by law.
